 - I parked here for a sold out concert at CPA. It was super easy to get in and out and plenty of open spots when I arrived 90 minutes before the concert started. It was $40 when the rest of the garages and lots in area were $50 and higher.

 - I entered the commercial garage at about 3:50 PM on Saturday, April 6, 2019. My son lives in the Expo Apartment complex above and I was visiting him. There was a large sign on the sidewalk, often present at this location, that advertised a flat rate of $10. Seeing no attendant (at entry it said "wait for attendant", I got a parking stub from the automatic entry machine and the gate opened. I parked and eventually left at about 8:20 PM. The prepay machine to which I was directed by signage was nonfunctional and, in fact, the screen on it was ripped off with wires sticking out. I drove my car to the exit, inserted my stub, and was told I was being charged $18.40, when it should have been $10 plus tax. There was no way to dispute the charge, the "contact" button produced no response. The machine had a message "no receipt given", but did lift the gate. I exited. This is obviously a poorly attended location with broken equipment and an overcharge automatically made without receipt or notice who to call except on the wall some distance from the exit. I've contacted my credit card company and put the charge in dispute. Finally, this submit review page says "If you had any issues, consider leaving your email for our customer service team." But there's no option on the "send" command to leave it for customer service. Sloppy, non-customer focused company.

 - I park in the this garage EVERY DAY and this morning, the gate was up so I was unable to get a ticket. When I asked the attendant this afternoon when I was leaving how I could pay he called me a liar and said that there was no possible way the gate was up this morning. Instead of finding a way that I could GIVE HIM MONEY he just kept on accusing me of being a liar. He is super mean whenever I have to interact with him, which blessedly is infrequently. Avoid this garage if possible unless you like being called a liar and treated like garbage.
