 - What a mess trying to leave this lot. Plus $21.00 for parking Friday evening! At that price there should be an attendant taking $ at the entrance so cars could leave quickly after event. Lots of angry people honking, swearing, because of confusion at gate. Had to pay with credit card after producing & scanning a flimsy paper entrance ticket I had luckily put on my dashboard. Horrible experience, over priced, angry ... never again! Will also share this with City of Phoenix & symphony friends.

 - Can someone give me a call The parking rates are wrong. 602.252.7222 Ext 1 I'm Facility Manager for this location. This site is misleading customers Please call me as soon as possible. Thank you,

 - I park here now and then for events, conveniently located. No problems with the parking, but for the amount they charge you'd think they could hire regular cleaning of the stairwells which were filthy 5/10/19, and you could tell the nasty had been there for a long time. Going up and down stairs one should be able to use the handrails, but they were gross. Across from Symphony Hall. Clean up a little.

 - I really dislike this parking garage- Not only is is not safe but it is very old and dark especially at night. Parking is limited especially during the day and it is so costly monthly.

 - I could not believe the garage closed at 6pm during the time I was there which was February 4-8, 2018. I was there for a conference and had to park on the street which was a hassle due to the parking limits. As a result, I ended up getting a $72 ticket because the parking meter expired before I could get to it. Hotel said this parking garage was opened 24 hours 7 day per week but that was not true. It had a sign at the entrance on 1st saying it closed at 6pm. Very poor service as it is also stated on the website is it open 24/7. Made me feel very welcome to come to Phoenix...not.

 - Waited in line to pay and exit for over 50 minutes! I don't believe this parking structure could be more poorly run.
