Good people working the garage. Can't say the same for the management.
I have been a customer of this garage for the last 3 months. Called the management office to ask about a sudden rate change - was told two different rates from two different people. Ultimately decided to cancel my parking spot, which they responded to aggressively: "if you don't tell us the garage you're changing to, we're charging you more for this month". Absurd and unprofessional. Don't get caught up with these guys, not worth the hassle.
