 - I'm very disappointed with the manager of this parking garage. It was a sign written in big red numbers saying park here "Early Bird Special for $6.50 from 6-9 am." So I parked there at 6:30 am thinking this was a great deal. When I was leaving at 8:30 am, I put my parking ticket in the machine and it said I owed $25.00 for 2 hours. I called for the parking attendant and he told me I had to come in by 9am and leave between 4-7 pm to get that deal. I feel that they put the $6.50 in big, bold red numbers to get people to park there to rip them off of their money. On top of that, I told the manager that I didn't have $25 for parking that's why I parked there. He told me well we take credit cards, I said I don't have a credit card. He said how much cash you have? I told him I had only $9 dollars. He told me to give him the cash and he would open the gate with his card. I gave him the money and he put the cash in his pocket. I'm upset because I know he will not give it to the company, he is going to keep it. I'm glad that I didn't have to pay $25, but he could have let me out for 6.50 but he wanted all the cash in my wallet. I told him I am from Homestead and don't know this area and the $9 was all I had. He did have any compassion at all. He also have bad customer service skills by the rude way he was talking to me. My service date was Monday, March 20, 2017 at 6:30-8:30 am. I will ever park there again!
