- I left my truck on the FastPark & Relax lot next to the Memphis Airport. Upon my return, I was told I would be met by an employee by my vehicle. Within a minute, an employee showed up and told me they had a break in on their car lot and my vehicle was one of the vehicles that was broken into. My driver's side glass was broken out. They damaged the door jam trying to get in. They broke the door handle to where it will no longer open the door from the outside, and I had multiple things stolen from inside. They told me to call Chris the following day. Long story short, Chris said they will not cover any damage to the vehicles there nor replace anything that is stolen. Wow! That was an eye opener. My staying at this lot will end up cost me right around $1000 to fix my truck, not to mention losing just under $400 of material that was stolen from inside. Needless to say, this left me with a sick feeling and it's hard to find anything good to say right now about FastPark & Relax.
