- I am writing this review while I sit at a faulty machine in this awful garage, and I have been waiting here for 20 minutes now. The machine accepts credit cards, though it took my Amex and refused to give it back. This shut down the machine and the manager has supposedly been "on his way" for 20 minutes. The customer service folks are completely useless. Additionally, while I have been sitting here, numerous other drivers at the stall next to me have reported that the machine will not take their card, will not dispense cash, and the customer service folks have been surly with the other patrons on every other call. Don't park here, just take your business elsewhere.
