 - I used to love this garage, but the recent change (this week) has made traffic in the garage awful. Rather than keeping the flow, they changed one of the main exits to monthly parkers only, but now it takes EVERYONE 30-35 minutes on average just to get out. The other exit lets out on a back street with light traffic. Now everyone has to exit onto Wilson Blvd, making its already terrible traffic worse. Good price, but I'll be parking elsewhere just as cheap to avoid the traffic.

 - There are never any parking spaces. Most spaces are reserved and those are often empty. They also have tons of tandem parking spaces, but only 1 car is ever parked in those spots. Definitely not worth the fee (especially not monthly) to park here.

 - This is a great capability. I was leaving town for several days via ground transportation and needed to quickly find parking location near the terminal that would meet my multi-day needs with extended hours. Immediately found with the ParkMe. Check in and check out of the parking lot was easy with the local attendant available to validate the reservation payment. A few areas need improvement but could be overcome. First, the service had bug on the late night that I made the reservation. On the last step when I applied the credit card it came back with an error message. The net effect was that the card was charged multiple times with an authorization as I tried again. Since there was no evening help desk available I sent a email message to customer service overnight. It was promptly address the following morning with a very courteous customer service rep. In the meantime the bug had been fixed and I easily made the reservations. Although I was a little concerned with the bug, I have come to appreciate the app's ease of use, its convenience and the excellent customer service.
