 - Don’t park here. I was trying to park in this garage but couldn’t. When I parked my car and took the elevator to 7th street, I couldn’t get out. There were people outside the door that couldn’t get inside with their parking ticket. The door was locked or just not functioning. I complained to the attendant when I was leaving but all he could say was he would show me when I repark. I had to pay 16.00 but didn’t get to park. Never had an issue in the garage before, but the attendant just blew me off. It’s a ripoff. Stay away.

 - I couldn’t get in and it was 9:45. I was also told I could park anywhere- pretty sure that’s not true.

 - Scan worked on entry, but failed to work when I was leaving. The attendant was helpful, and manually opened the gate.

 - I would have rated it a 5 but the scan didn’t work when I arrived and the lot attendant was too lazy to help me

 - Had absolutely no problems booking the reservation, using the scan code, finding a spot open and then leaving the garage once I was done. This service worked great for me - From out of state.

 - was told on entry to the lot i still owed more money on leaving even though i paid on line for 3 days. i sent an email asking why and no response. upon leaving 3 days later on a Sunday there was no one there and no response when i pushed the help button. there was no message other tan i needed to swipe a credit card, no amount listed. machine would not take my main card, fortunately another card worked to get me out. avoid this place.

 - Excellent Experience to park downtown in DC for an event at the Verizon Center! Parking was easy to reserve and was able to exit without any hassle. Will use again.

 - My fiancée and I pre-paid for parking and then we scanned the QR to enter and exit. It was super easy to do & very convenient! I would definitely use these services again!

 - Photos of entry were great to verify we were at the right garage. The QR code reader was in an obvious spot, and it all worked as expected. Keeping the price the same as a standard garage parker led me to choose your app over others. Nice work!

 - I have been paying for monthly parking at the 425 - 8th St., NW parking facility (The Lansburgh Residences) for over 15 years. In the past few months, the facility -- which had barely enough parking for those, such as myself, paying for monthly parking -- began a discount "in before 9 a.m." promotion. Other spaces are reserved 24/7 for FedEx vehicles, Zip Car and 3 floors for Lansburgh residents (who also are permitted to park on other floors). In the past week, an entire floor of parking (level 4 1/2) now has been blocked off for parking for Dept. of Justice. As a result, even if I arrive before 9 a.m., the attendants now are ILLEGALLY parking cars along ALL OF THE FIRE LANES simply to accommodate the monthly customers. At a minimum, the garage immediately must stop promoting the early a.m./all day discount parking to permit the long term monthly customers to be able to LEGALLY park their cars. Do we need to demand an inspection by the DC Fire Marshall to get corrective action?

 - Finding the lot was easy. The attendant recognized the reservation. I was surprised that no ticket or paper was left in the car. When I left the same attendant happened to be there and somehow remembered me and just let me out. Seems like maybe there should be some reservation receipt you could stick in your window and show upon leaving, if necessary. I would definitely use this service again.

 - The parking attendants at this site were friendly and helpful. I was happy to see that the parking spaces were spacious, not tight like in some garages, and that it was well-lit. Most of all the garage is conveniently located near major venues and provides the convenience of an elevator that lets you out on seventh street near the Shakespeare theater where I was attending a play. I plan to use the garage in the near future.
