- I've not had any of the issues I read about in the previous reviews and I've been parking here for months. I can come and go as I please, my car is secure (there are cameras and a security guard). I do occasionally see someone in the stairwell, but that's usually been in inclement weather and I'm not the asshole that's going to begrudge a person a place to get out of the elements. I haven't seen any cars broken into (not saying it hasn't happened, but not that I've noticed). Considering some of the other parking structures I went to before I settled on this one, I think it's pretty good.

- Beware! Rooftop parking has concrete blocks that are 20" off ground and not easily seen. Took a hit to my S5 tonight. Terrible hazard.

- DO NOT PARK HERE!! This place is run by a bunch of chode chomping assholes! It's the most over priced parking, $150! And they don't take care of the lot at all!! Crack heads in the stairwells, homeless people shit and piss all over the lot and all over the stairs and they don't care! Cars are broken into and they don't care! There was a brand new car last month on jacks with all 4 tires gone!!! Everyone is complete assholes. If you want to come and go as you please, you pay extra. Otherwise you have to leave before 9am and can't come back until after 5pm. It's absurd that this place is even in business, but they're just taking advantage of everyone in Ktown that needs to park!!! They need to figure out their shit... literally

- Anyone considering this parking structure as a monthly parking option beware! From June 2017 they will implement a $16 "fine" if you leave the parking structure between 9 am and 3pm on weekdays. This is how they treat their clients who pay $110 monthly. They have tried to fine multiple times when their own card reader system was not working. The managers are appallingly rude and will not work with you under any circumstance. Aside from this, the whole property is smelly, full of garbage and teeming with scary looking homeless junkies and underage delinquents skateboarding around the structure. STAY AWAY.

- Awful! Drug addicts and gangsters hang out and piss in the stairwells. The place is filthy and then they put notices on your car all the time about cleaning and force you to move you car or it will be towed. They do this with barely any notice (they don't call you), so what happens if you are out of town for a week or if you don't drive often? Do you just come back and your car is gone? If I had any other option, I wouldn't park here.

- My gas was siphoned from my car so I started parking at the 3440 lot. I have neighbors who have had their cars broken in to as well. The parking management accepts no responsibility and has done very little to keep the parking structure safe and clean.

- This place is AWFUL. Shafiq the facilities manager is rude, arrogant, and useless. They charge $100 a month, and don't care that cars are broken into every night, drug addicts piss and shit all over the place, and people spray paint parked cars all night. They refuse to clean up their act, and refuse to take responsibility. NEVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Shafiq should be fired, and his job should go to someone who can DO THE JOB.
