- I have often parked in the car parking area in the co-op at Fishguard. There has never ever been a problem. Following my Last visit I received a parking fine from Horizon parking they say for over staying by 20 minutes and have photos to demonstrate this. I went into the Co-op twice during this period without actually moving the car, on both occasions I did not see any notification of the change in parking ownership or arrangements. I wonder how many other people will have been caught and have to pay £40 - £70 because they were unaware of these changed circumstances and no obvious signage to inform customers. Such a miserable con.
