- If I could give this location negative stars, I would. From the onset of the reservation I was able to pick up on the disorganization from this parking lot. However, I gave it fare shot. My reservation included all required/requested information including flight dates, times, and numbers. Though the front end was rather smooth, my return was not. I called the location for pickup after all bags were with me, and I was exiting the airport (as suggested). First person I spoke with, was provided with parking ticket reservation number and all info that was requested. He then asked me to go up to the departures and a van would be there approx 10-15 min (though this could be inconvenient for the traveler, I conceded without a peep). 10-15 min pass, I called to ensure I was a the appropriate location (I noticed parking service vans were driving on the left lane). A second person answers the phone, I identified myself and shared I called 15 min prior, the receiver continues to ask me the information I've already provided the previous person, then tells me a van will be ready for pick up in about 15 min. I explained I had already called, I was provided with an approximate pickup wait of 15 min and now I'm being asked to wait another 15 min. This person dismissed everything I shared, and said there was nothing they could do. Another 15 min passed by, and still no van. Now the first person that answered the phone answered again.
