Lot 119

 - I tried to park here yesterday. Despite the sign saying "Have you paid yet?", I couldn't find where to pay. Neither could another gentleman who was in the process of moving his car to the UT garage. Don't bother to try to park here. Otherwise, you'll have my experience - spent lots of time, missed my appointment and still didn't get a place to park. If there was a rating below 1 star, that's what I'd give it.

 - After months of loyalty, we received a parking violation when our ticket fell down from the dash. The company took a week to respond (they say the debt must be settled within 14 days) and refused to budge on coming to a fair agreement on the violation price ($75 fine for $15/day parking). I provided a receipt that showed my license plate had been paid for during the time the ticket was issued, but no response was given. They then threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay. Horrible customer service and horrible policies. Park literally anywhere else.

 - This parking lot is $8 a day and $160 a month. No guarantee on an available spot. Prepare to get flat tires, parking tickets, and your car towed for no less than $200.
