 - Easy to find, hard to get out of (to go outside), the signs inside the staircases are hard to understand, we ended up walking out an entrance/exit for cars, but the weirdest thing is that it goes under the streets (didn't know that), came up to where I thought I had entered and was a full block away. Totally disorienting. Will pass on this in the future.

 - You DO NOT want to use this lot on weekends unless you are a tenant of the building and have a tenant card! We kept getting an "unable to process" error on my husband's credit card in trying to leave the garage. So then we used one of my credit cards. It appeared to process but the arm wouldn't go up for about 5 minutes. Turns out BOTH of US were charged! So we spent $20 instead of $10. We tried to call the customer service number and got a voice mail reply. Ugh. We could've been stuck in that place all weekend. Some dude behind us was peeved we were taking so long, so he tried to use his tenant card to let us out. NEVER AGAIN!!
