 - We took our daughter in law and infant grandson to see our son at the finish line of the El Tour De Tucson bike race. It was supposed to be a happy time, but after parking on level 4 and learning the elevators were broke, we had to carry a stroller down 4 flights of stairs. When mentioning this to the attendant upon exiting, he made it very obvious he could care less. I walked the stairs with another couple with their baby stroller and an elderly man that could barely walk the stairs.

 - This is and was the worse parking experience I have ever had. It is sad. that they do not let you know when you enter that it is only debt or credit card only. Plus the attendant is not needed and is so he could have been put to better use to help the traffic moving out. I will never park there again and I will do my best to let anyone and everyone I know not to either. This was bad, bad, bad!!!!!

 - On several occasions I have to deal with the night lot guy. Very verbally abusive, does not know procedures, cant be bothered only stands there and gives out tickets . I asked tonight what is the procedure for obtaining a monthly pass he told me I would have to go online and would send one in a few days. The ticket he gave me has no information on how to obtain a pass. When I tried to ask him questions, he said this is for the symphony. I asked Does that mean I cant park here? Why do I have to pay $10.00 a day until I get my pass ? This does not seem right. Please have a knowledgeable person contact me contact me.
