 - Hi there! I think this is the best garage in Cambridge, the prices are reasonable, and I feel safe parking there. However, it would really be appreciated if the construction that's going on would not take so long, and it would help to know why it wasn't finished in time. I reside in Somerville, and I have been taking the Lyft to where I go in Cambfidge. While Lyft is cheaper and far more reliable than a regular taxi cab, waiting out in the cold can be rather long, because they get caught in a lot of traffic. I really like this garage for the price, the security and the parking, but I really do have issues with the fact that the construction wasn' finished in time, and why it's taking so long. Lugging stuff on the lyft or other public transportation isn't easy, I have not taken public transportation since the pandemic started, the other parking places available seem too far away, and in the event that we have a really snowy, icy winter, that will make things even more difficult. It would be really appreciated if the construction got finished before the really cold and snowy/icy weather set in, especially because the City of Cambridge does not plow thei streets very well. There are times when I've parked in residential streets, risking tickets, having to walk 3-4 blocks to get to where I go, and run the risk of being late, as well. I'm sorry to give you a hard time. I know it's not your fault. Thank you for your time and attention on this matt

 - Parked here many times with no issues and it is low cost. In a major event like July 4 it will take a long time to get out but it it is expected. Iyt is used very little on weekend evenings even with a great rate.

 - never had any issues here, and it's far less expensive than most parking in Boston. they have a big bike parking section too.

 - I use the Green St lot all the time, at back corner on several occasions there have been groups of people sitting on the back stairwell (237 Franklin St side) It is most disturbing when some of them won't move to clear the stairs for my exit. I have complained to on site management. I am a senior citizen.
