 - Terrible customer service. An older man working the evening shift was extremely rude and confrontational. I didn't feel safe parking my car there, but I didn't have a choice due to an emergency. Never again.

 - Unfortunately the customer service of this place is rude. I did park there three nights with no problem. Then the next time i came in to park my car, the employees rejected to let me park claiming that my vehicle is big. It didn't make sense to me since there were other cars as big as mine already parked there. I don't understand such behavior and definitely I do not recommend it especially if you needed urgent parking.

 - I reserved a spot through Spot Hero, however this garage doesn't care whether spots are reserved or not, they fill them anyway. After driving over two hours into the city through the nightmare that is Boston traffic I at least knew I would have a spot waiting for me, but NO. The valet made the excuse that he was new, I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor, so he gave me the number instead of calling him himself. I called the supervisor, who also made the excuse that this lot was new to him and he'd call me back. He never called me back. So I had to drive around with SpotHero on the phone making another reservation and I missed part of the show I'd driven over two hours to see.

 - Rough exit - scratched bottom of my car. Yes, it is low sitting but it was not modified or lowered.

 - The most disorganized garage I have ever used. The price paid at $25.00 was higher than the price on the sign $15.00. And we had to wait 25-30 minutes for our car without texting for it which we didn't find out we could do until we got there and then those people that did text for their cars got theirs before us even though we were there before them. And even then they were also waiting at least 25 minutes for their cars. This is not the way to run a business in such a competitive market. I will not be back.

 - Two strikes against this parking lot!!! First time using the elevators to get car retrieved broke down and couldn't get car back for hours. Gave it another chance last night and it took over 45 minutes to get our car returned to us. I do not recommend this place!

 - Convenient, good pricing. However VERY, VERY slow getting cars at end of night. Simply could not handle the looooong line of people waiting to pick up their cars. Two car lifts are not enough for the volume they do. In addition, apparently the valet attendant who initially took our car did not give us the proper paperwork back (so that we would be able to check out). When we tried to check out it was complicated. And then when we got into our car to leave, the evening attendant commented that we had left the proper paperwork in the car by mistake! Completly disregarded my explanation that the intake attendant had done it wrong. Took 45 minutes to get our car and there was a very long line behind us waiting. Can't imagine when they finally got their cars!
