 - Apparently this is their standard practice. I was told Hotel Parking was $45.00 a day by several different agencies, including hotel I was staying at. Checked in at 3:00, checked out next day at 11:00. I was charged $70.00 for 1 day. No one around parking garage to dispute charges with. Also, once you check you car in, auto is basically impounded for 24 hrs. Cannot leave without rates starting all over again. Avoid if at all possible.

 - Website said $10, Parkinghero app said $11. I went to the garage and they charged $20. There was no event and nobody to talk to about the fee.

 - Posted sign said $10 flat rate. I was charged $40 upon exit, the event rate. Customer service said they forgot to change the signs, refused to refund me, refused to provide a supervisors name. Made multiple attempts to deal with them. What a mistake to park here.

 - Donot park here, the rates vary with events, it is very expensive and not properly maintained (no proper lighting or ventilation. There is no ticket for parking - your credit/debit card acts as ticket - i.e. insert it during entry and during exit and the card is charged automatically on the card - better park other places.

 - This is a place that will bring you nightmares. So dark, dirty and just weird. No indication when you first pull in where to go. Then when you do figure it out, you will descend 4 stories down into the dark and dingy place -- you will feel like a coal miner. Pretty horrifying. I left and parked at Boston Garden garage. Never again, and I feel so sorry for people who do park there.

 - DO NOT pay credit at this garage...even if they tell you, you have to pay credit. They steal your card info...and sell it!!!! Happened to us Feb. 2018!!

 - Visited Recently and due to a system issue with their kiosks I was forced into staying over a pricing threshold. (went from 1/2 hour to 1 hour) I called to get a refund but was told I would have to come back into boston with my cc to get a refund. Poor Customer Service...

 - I'm a Season-ticket holder for the Boston Bruins I pulled into the garage about 3 o'clock on Sunday to a the worker took my $45 and told me to proceed. Once in the garage there was no parking and I went up and down the garage missed almost the whole first period. I had a friend waiting for me to go into the game. There was not only no parking but also no one available to assist me. Finally I went around again to find a man talking to another disgruntled customer. He instructed us to park in the fire lane. I am very disappointed.
