 - besides the stench of urine in the garage it is very convenient for me as far as location to my office building. I work one block from the garage. The rates are very reasonable in comparison to other garages near my building. When I was in the office on 6/30/21 and 7/6/21 I experienced issues in getting a printed receipt once I paid. A receipt would come out of the machine but it was blank. As I exited the garage I let the attendant know which machine it was (on both occasions) I recently visited the office on 7/14/21-7/16/21 and still no printed receipts!! I used a different machine to pay each night!! I took a picture of my ticket but the print on the ticket was very light and therefore didn't photograph well. On the 15th I spoke personally with the manager and he said he would look at the machines. At least put a sign on the machines to read "printed receipts not available. Fix the machines so I don't have to go and print docs from my credit card statement. Thanks

 - I was parked for fewer than 8 hours and charged for 12, the workers are rude and unhelpful and the receipt had to be hand written by the attendant. I had to put my credit card into the machine 3 times; I will have to see iff I was charged that many times on my credit card.
