 - Avoid at all costs — too dangerous to park here! I'd parked at this location monthly for 17 years, from 2005 until today. When I first started parking there, it had a front desk attendant, 24-hour security, a gate for the upper levels (and an opener for those of us who paid for access), and 24-hour stair access. All of that is gone now. Get there after 6 pm? Sorry, stairway is closed, so you have to walk up the same one-lane ramp the cars use. All the mirrors that help cars see around the corner as they drive up and down the ramp have been smashed and not replaced, so you just have to hope people are driving extra carefully as you walk the ramp. Obviously, this also means security is checked out on nights and weekends -- the times and days when security is most needed. People throw parties on the roof, which has had every square inch of every surface tagged (and some of the graffiti looks pretty cool, so good job, but it underscores just how little anybody cares about keeping an eye on the place). I'm currently riding in a tow truck following a catalytic converter theft, but I've also had my car vandalized multiple times (including twice in three days once) and once even had it towed despite being in good standing, just because someone working the lot didn't see my sticker and decided, after 15 years of my car being in the same spot, I must not be a customer there. Well, after 17 years, that person is finally correct.

 - First time I parked here I was on street level and despite no one on site it was fine. Today we had to go up to 3rd level. Elevator broken and stairwell locked. Had to walk down the ramp to get out. Graffiti everywhere and no staff on site. Never will park there again.

 - The attendant lost our fob and argued with us, saying that we didn't leave the fob. I had 2 fobs in my purse and I positively left the one with a small blue flashlight on it. Also, it wouldn't take our slip to pay so he had to use his card. It would have at least been nice for him to acknowledge he lost the fob or even waive our $16.50 fee, considering a new fob is going to cost considerably more. Just glad I had an extra, or we would've been stranded in chicago!
