 - If I could leave negative stars I would! In the stressful environment we are in given Covid, the worst Fires ever, the angry divisiveness everywhere, and unemployment; I mistakenly went to the dentist to pick up invoices and I forgot my wallet (something I NEVER do). I had already pulled into the newly automated garage before I realized it. I was in the garage for a total of $3. I hit the intercom twice in the space of 10 minutes until the attendant finally, and slowly, and begrudgingly walked to my car. By then, it was $6. I explained the situation and he said "so"... and despite how I tried to assure him, there was zero compassion or understanding, AT ALL. I said can I leave you something so you believe that I'll come right back from my home, close by, and he said "what will you give me". UNBELIEVABLE! He wanted my Apple phone. I re-parked and went back up to the dental office who very kindly gave me a full day pass. He was THE MOST unhelpful, UNKIND individual that I've met in 6 months during the Quarantine and even for a long time before that. That's saying something since I'm a lawyer and meet disgruntled people all the time.. I mean come on!!! I was glad he was missing because I had to restrain myself from yelling as I drove out. HIs name was "Alex" and he challenged me when I asked for his last name. Yikes....no need to email me. Neither I or any of my my local friends who live around the garage will park there ever again, once I share this story.
