 - I reserved a spot at this lot on a parking app. When I arrived, they upcharged me based on the size of my vehicle, which was nowhere to be seen in the app. When I told them I'd need a refund, they told me to go to contact the app; they couldn't give me a refund. I then asked if I could have a few minutes to look for another parking location, and was informed I'd need to pay an hourly rate if I wanted to stay in my vehicle and look on my phone to find another spot.

 - I'm sure your company is a very nice one , but your employees don't seem to care about the community within , reason being we are bothered by the loud noise of the alarm going off all day and all night ! Not fare and not right for the community . I'm only speaking of the place on Leavenworth between Turk and Golden Gate , they are causing great discomfort many many many people and we are just asking with love and respect for community respect for one another ! We all know there are at least 3 different sound levels of the door alarm going off. We ask as a community with love and respect for the lower level sounding alarm only and could they not use the sounding alarm all night long , it's very loud and children and elders can't rest properly , or maybe use no alarm at all. It seems to me from my observation that it is done on purpose at a very loud level , pretty much all night , just being very mean and evil , this is not right . thank you and GOD Bless , I was trying to get contact with the CEO

 - The staff was friendly, fast and I felt totally taken care of. The only bummer is that this part of Eddy St. is totally Tenderloin and I would not feel safe returning to the garage after dark. Perhaps a ride hailing / taxi add on to an SF trip would make it work perfectly. I would recommend this garage with that one caveat.

 - They only had one attendant to retrieve your car- so a bit of a wait- was nice they had a descent bathroom there to use-

 - Thanks for asking! It was wonderful, very easy process and your staff was great. I don't think I would have attended the Women's March without that parking reservation - it gave me peace of mind. So thank you!  - We tried this place when we found out that our hotel was charging $75.00 a day!! we were able to park our car for a total of 3 days and it was less then 1 day at the hotel. We will definitely use ParkMe again!!

 - Wanted less expensive option for morning meeting at S.F.Public. It's about 8 blocks from the library-- I don't mind walking through the Tenderloin. Did see 2 cops running & 4 cop cars (wrong way through one-way traffic) take off in pursuit of a cell phone thief. Staff was polite and efficient. Cell phone check in with reservation was easy. They had my car at the front of the lot's 1st floor at the time I said I'd return. There's a little Burmese restaurant 2 blocks away on Eddy. Had nice hot bowl of catfish chowder before picking up the car.

 - So glad we did this. Whenever we drive up to SF, we always end up wandering around and finding either sketchy or overpriced parking. This helped make pur day much less stressful and worrisome. The attendants were friendly and helpful, and happily took us up to the 2nd story when we wanted to drop off some stuff. Thank you!

 - Worked great. I'd suggest adding a map view when the list of search results comes up to make choosing a space a little easier. Will definitely use your service again.

 - This was my first time using ParkMe, as I was driving up to San Francisco for an all-day meeting and wanted to find reasonably-priced parking within a couple blocks of the conference hotel. I didn't know reservations were a new feature, but it was super helpful to be able to plan ahead and not scramble for parking at 7:30AM. The website helped me find several garages that were significantly better priced than the conference hotel. All I had to do was show my reservation at the garage, and the attendants took care of the rest.

 - I needed a parking spot for an all-day meeting at the Hilton Union Square, and I had no interest in paying $50+ to park in the hotel garage. Rock Star Parking was just a block or two away, easy to find, and the pre-booked price was great. The garage is in the Tenderloin, so the surroundings are a bit sketchy, but the attendants were professional and the garage felt totally secure. Would recommend.
