 - Do not work for this company!!! They have no integrity, and all the management is corrupted from the district manager Ahmed Bhourema to the regional manager Jon de Uriarte. Big egos who do not care about anyone below them, unless you are their favorite. They will hire you for 40hours on paper and then once hired will only give you 16 hours a week despite years of experience and will justify by saying it goes by seniority. If you are the kind of person who values up front honesty and respect from management then DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! This is one of those places where the authority is the truth, not the truth as the authority. They value employees who have been caught stealing multiple times from the company and who call off twice a month on cue and show up late for every shift consistently with excuses and an attitude, over ones who value their jobs, are honest, and never miss a day or show up late. They will put bad employees like Seth Shortridge with little man syndrome on probation for a year and with multiple thefts and aggressive incidents during that time, rather than get rid of the trash and put in good employees. They instead exploit and eventually burn out the good ones to keep it dark like the streets there. This location is in the tenderloin and the management belongs there too. Maybe they make good money, but their hearts are fit for the bottoms of hell. A dead-end job and a final lesson for one who has spent enough time dealing with corporate bullshit.

 - OVERCHARGES - BE CAREFUL - I was overcharged. I stayed in the lot for just over an hour. I was supposed to be charged $5 for the first hour and then $4 for running 15 minutes over. Instead I was charged $19 including tax—and $15.20 before tax. I have the receipt and plan to pursue with the credit card company.

 - I parked a rental vehicle at this location in Dec 2020 under the impression it was a 24hr parking garage. It is advertised online as being 24hr and the large signage outside the garage also state it is 24hr. At 2:30am, when I went to retrieve my vehicle in order to return it to the airport and catch a flight, the garage was closed with no staff around. The multiple contact numbers online did not work and ACE parking claimed it should've been open. I spoke to the neighbouring hotel and they claimed the garage had been operating 24hrs since at least march. This resulted in me missing my flight and having to pay a fee to change to a later flight. This is a cowboy operation, do not park at this location.

 - When we arrived, the sign said the lot was full. But we went to the attendant with a printout of our reservation and he took our car. When I signed up, I thought it was a park it yourself lot but we had to leave the key with the attendant and he parked it for us and retrieved it when we returned. All in all it was a good experience--very convenient to reserve ahead of time so that we didn't have to go looking for a garage and potentially be late for our event. Thanks so much.

 - This esa the first time usIng ParkMe and Parking Panda. The lot that we chose was a few blocks from the venue we were attending that night. Fair and simple, that's why we chose it. Now, we took our full size SUV, the app states "no over sized vehicles", agree to that disclosure but upon arriving the lot attendant was EXTREMELY rude and suggested I was an imbecile for not "reading" the fine print about vehicle sizes. All in all, we paid an additional $10 for our spot. We had no choice. For his rude behavior and child like demeanor we will never use this lot again
