 - Want to give it 0 stars but it won't let me. Rate said $22 for 24 hours. Checked in Friday at 1:33, out Sunday at 12:05. Charge = $66.00. Call button not available, no staff on site. Car behind us checked in on Friday at 8:23 pm, out on Sunday at 12:06. Charge = $66.00. No recourse to exit garage except to pay the incorrect fee. Quite the racket.

 - I attended a graduation service for Northeastern University on Saturday morning . Upon exiting the parking deck EVERYBODY was charged $21.00.The invitation did not tell you that the parking fee would be $21.00. In the future graduations of this demeanor should be noted. The graduation invitee said 9:30- 11:30 and the attendee at the gate said 3 min short of $21.00 . This was very embarrassing for the 12 member that attended in separate cars from out of town . NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFE.
