- THIS IS THE WORSE GARAGE EVER!
I has an appointment @ 1pm with my PCC, I arrived in the garage @ 12:49, SIX TIME I DROVE FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP looking for somewhere to park. During this time I contacted my PCC's office because I was already 7 minutes late for my appointment due to attempting to locate somewhere to park. I finally give up after about another 20 minutes. I approach the parking attendant, he tells me I owe $8.00, I explain that I have been driving around trying to find a parking space to attend my MUCH NEEDED appointment and that I would like to speak to a manager. The manager arrogantly walks up and inquires as to what the problem is, I explain my situation again and he tells me two things that BLOW MY MIND:
1. You were in the garage over 30 minutes so you owe $8.00
2. The garage is full
Now if you know the garage is FULL why do you allow vehicles to still enter? Is this how you make your money by abusing patrons of the hospital? I find this to be utterly disgusting! Mind you I was not the only one continuously seeking parking, there were plenty of people behind me doing the same thing and my feelings are one would only do that if there were a SERIOUS NEED! I was not joy riding in the garage I had a SERIOUS NEED to see my PCC! I left work early to do what? CONTINOUSLY DRIVE AROUND THE GARAGE @ TUFTS MEDICAL CENTER because I had nothing else to do? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
