 - If I could give this valet service zero stars, I would. However, I realize it’s unfair to judge the entire organization based on the actions of one racist employee. I'm unsure of her badge number—it’s either 7134 or 7136. She is a younger white woman with glasses. I pulled into the valet lane with one car ahead of me. The young lady checked in that car and went to the shack to put away the key. As she was walking, I made visual and verbal contact with her and said, "Hey, I'd like to valet my vehicle." She responded, "Yes, let me put this key up and I will be right with you." During this time, two more cars, both occupied by white individuals, pulled up behind me. The attendant proceeded to check in both cars, took their keys, and walked past my car without any acknowledgment. I got out of my car and began removing my bags—at this point, I was an hour away from takeoff. Again, I informed her that I'd like to valet my vehicle. She then claimed she wasn’t aware that I wanted to valet. I don’t understand how she could miss that when: 1. I pulled into the valet line. 2. We spoke, and she acknowledged I wanted to valet. I told her that as a black woman, I am fully aware of what just happened, but I didn’t have time to address it. She assured me she wasn’t racist but couldn’t explain why she bypassed my car to assist the two vehicles behind me, both driven by white individuals.
