- This complaint is for the 1931 2nd Ave. Seattle location. Randy, the on site manager is a thief! He won't take checks. Only cash. He pockets the extra he charges. Times how many customers a day? Stealing from the company and the customers! The web site says $6.56 after 5pm daily. He charged me $15 for 3 hours. There are no signs telling you that on site. I hope you fire him! I think the office receptionist "a male", is in on it as well. When I called to complain about it, he said I didn't have a case and hung up on me before I told him the information!
