- At least the attendant when we parked was a lying, thieving, pushy, manipulative criminal. He bullied us in paying for over 2.5 hrs at 5 pm on a Sunday. My husband and I walked off and I realized he over charged us, my husband went back and the attendant assured him the he would be there until 8 and indicated that he would refund us when we got back and he was a very honest person and "not about ripping people off". We returned within the hour asking about our refund (should've been 9 dollars). He said once he put it in the system he couldn't refund us.
Not only did he bully us to overpay (including past their "open" hours), he manipulated us into believing we would get our money back once we caught onto his game. I'm not going to lie, we behaved poorly once he said we weren't getting our money back, but that does not excuse his dishonest business practices.
