- The parking lot is restricted parking lot. For two hour and six hour parking, it needs a ZUM membership first. But under two instructions of the dashboard, there is no clear sign. I called the company and hope them provide clear instruction to people since I saw every car get the same tickets because we don't know it needs ZUM membership. I hope that they don't intend to trick people and can make improvement to help customers.
