- I don't even want to give this garage one star - it does not deserve it.
I am severely disappointed with the management of this parking garage. It my mine and my boyfriend's first time parking here, was convenient to get into. However, once parked inside - the parking stalls are labelled numerically on the ground while also being labelled numerically on the wall behind the stall. The numbers do not match. The lines are also faded so it was difficult to park perfectly within the stall. When we were trying to walk out of the garage, there was no elevator, nor could we find the stairwell. We were only on the second or third level, so we walked the ramp down. We stopped at the pay station and NO WHERE were there instructions on paying at the beginning of the parking time or putting any receipt into you car window. So since there was no signage and the pay stations were on the exit side of the garage, we we about our day. When we got back to my car, there was a ticket on the window for $76. We spoke to the lot attendant prior to leaving and he told us to call the number on the ticket and we should easily get the $76 fee waived since it was an honest mistake. The next day my boyfriend, who paid for the parking, called and was told to call back. This morning, my boyfriend called again, when speaking to the lady to clear things up, she waived the $76 fee however charged him $25. To be continued...
