 - The parking attendant was extremely rude. I paid in full but could not exit at that gate where I paid, so was redirected to another gate, at which time I was told my ticket is no longer valid because I had already paid. The parking attendant called me a jackass for not reading the exit signs and then started lecturing me about making sure to read signs and not do it again. When I cut him off and asked him to open the gate and let me out, he became argumentative and said he was going to do me a favor, but because I was being an ass I needed to pay again the "lost ticket" rate. We got into a heated exchange during which he dropped multiple F-bombs before he finally opened the gate and let me out.

 - Too expensive and not convenient

 - Parking rates around 20th st and Santa Monica Blvd near UCLA and Cedar Sinai facilities are in my opinion robbery. Middle to lower income patients are being sucked dry by these rates. Not only are people dealing with health issues but they are being hurt financially by these exorbitant rates. I suggest we should band together and hold a protest and call attention to an unfair situation. If you agree with me and want to join me in a peaceful protest email me at lannylevine@yahoo.com. Let's organize and say enough. Where does this money go?

 - Raised their rates. Parking is very cramped and dark.
