- I attended an event at the Civic Auditorium last night, Dec 5, 2018. I found it very frustrating that after the event, I was unable to access the staircase or elevator to take me to my parking level. I entered on ground level. By 10pm everything was locked.
This is not safe late at night, many other folks were just as confused and wondering around the building trying to get down to the first level.
Unless you frequent the lot on a regular basis, you tend to come and go exactly the same way. This was not possible.
We finally located, what can only be called, a dark service entrance that was totally isolated that got us back to where we parked.
May I suggest that signs be posted pointing to open stair cases and elevators after whatever hours you lock them?
