 - Horrible experience. After paying at the pay station and immediately walking to my car, we drove down from the fourth floor to the exit on the first. Due to traffic congestion inside the garage, we exceeded the time permitted. Once denied exit, I used the intercom to ask for assistance. I was only given short responses which were difficult to understand due to the poor audio quality but were instructing me to leave my car to walk to the pay station. After several requests for clarification, they stopped answering my calls via the intercom entirely. Eventually, an employee tasked with traffic management refused to help with exiting, but he did direct traffic to let me back up so I could park on the bottom floor and make the payment. After parking on the first floor, and heading toward the pay station, one employee did listen to my complaint and offered to let me out through a different exit. Two of the three employees I had to deal with were extremely unprofessional and frankly quite rude. The entire experience was extremely frustrating.

 - The garage itself is fine but the staff are extremely unprofessional. Any minor "infringement" of their draconian monthly parking agreement and they immediately hit you a lost ticket charges. This includes forgetting your tag, any minor billing issues, etc. Steer clear of this place. They even disabled my card in the middle of the day once and wouldn't let me escape the place until I coughed up $34 (despite having paid $315/month for over a year with no other issues).
