 - Please note: If you use the PaybyPhone app regularly as I do, this lot defaults to hours not minutes like most meters. I paid for 30 min. of parking and was charged $54 for 30 hours. They refused to issue a credit even though it's easy to verify with the cameras how long I was parked.
