 - AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS. THE UP RAMP RIGHT TURN DESTROYED my passenger side door completely. Damages are north of 5k just because of a garage.

 - AVOID.The worst parking lot. I just scratched my car. the ramp is the narrowest in the ENTIRE CITY of CHICAGO

 - -Very, very narrow ramp going up into the garage, especially on turns. Totally scratched up my car on a small guard rail / crash barrier that isn't visible through the window on passenger side. Would not recommend this garage at all! Cost me way more than just a parking fee to repair my car. Site should list a picture or warning somewhere so people know what to expect before entering!

 - I just scratched my car going up the ramp, and now my bumper is finna fall off. This is so tight, I drive a dodge Charger and it barely fits. They need to do sumthin bout this man.

 - Worst garage in the entire city, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 50% likelihood of scratching car door going up and down. SO tight. Nothing larger than a camry is comfortable to go. Very tight up and down traffic sharing tight columns.

 - Very tight entry turn even for a typical Chicago garage. And crash barrier on passenger side is not visible through your car window! Scraped my car door on the barrier!

 - My husband paid for our parking online and we entered the garage the machine did not give us a ticket for exit and re-entry. We used the call box for assistance and the woman who was on duty was rude and awful. I’ve never given an online review to anyone that was poor, but this lady shouldn’t be answering calls on your behalf. For people out of town trying to figure out what to do she was rude, short tempered and actually hung up on us like 5 or 6 times when all we wanted to do was figure out what needed to happen since we weren’t given a ticket. Will never use this garage ever again.
