- I have used this service several times, always flawless up until my most recent flight (Sunday 9/11/2022). I was asked morning of 9/11 while I was still out of town when I was to return, and I texted back when my flight info(they knew already). Texted my ticet number upon landing, arrived to Valet about 10 min later, I found my car parked in the curb lane with two cars front and behind with no space to maneuver, and three cars parked on my right side. Totally blocked in. The valet was inexperienced, could not open the door of the Tesla in front of my car, despite several attempts. She told me that I would have to wait for the other attendant since she did not know how to unlock the Tesla. No estimate on how long the wait. She then went on to assist other customers. I became irate, because this is why we pay the big bucks to park there. Not only was the car arrangement mismanaged (she knew I was coming in 10 minutes after I landed, should have anticipated an issue, and yet made no attempt to unblock my car), but she was extremely unhelpful and a bit rude. Poorly trained, I suspect. How could she not know how to open the Tesla, which would have freed up my car? I asked to speak to her manager, she gave me a bogus phone number, which I have called multiple times with no answer.
