 - I absolutely loved parking with City Parking at their 620 W 43rd Street location up until they damaged car and have taken no accountability for it whatsoever over a month later. I came to pickup my vehicle at 11:30PM after flying in from out of state, to find that they must have lowered the lift my car was on while my car was still underneath it which shattered my whole panoramic sunroof to the tune of in excess of $3,000. I had to hire a driver to bring me home which costed $400 which they agreed to reimburse me for which I still have yet to receive. I also had to rent a car for the time my vehicle was off the road which I have not yet received reimbursement for either. Annette in the claims department is absolutely WORTHLESS. She does not return calls (When you’re able to get through) or emails. They continually blame it on the fact that a director has not been able to review my claim, for over a month now. Will not even return calls or messages from my attorney. Unacceptable, and I will go out of my way at this point to get what I’m rightfully entitled to. I have the attendant on video admitting fault and agreeing to pay for all of the aforementioned expenses after speaking with his supervisor so I look forward to playing this in court.

 - Valets will leave you waiting while Spanish speaking customers coming after you get their cars almost 10 min before you, if you don’t speak Spanish avoid this place!

 - We parked our vehicle at 1:55 and returned at 3:23 and my husband's watch was stolen from the car. It is a Galaxy watch and we used the locator, it was last at this location.
