 - Today I dropped off my car in the AM and informed the gentleman that I would pick up at 4:30. I get to the garage at around 4:35-4:40 and waited patiently for my car to be returned. He took my payment at 4:56 and I still waited until 5:15 or so to receive my car. About 6-7 people came after me and got their cars first. My car was parked in a location where about 4 cars needed to be moved. However, the customers that came after me had their cars parked in locations that were easy to take out and not wait. When I confronted him he got upset and stated that I had to be patient and if not then park my car outside going forward. I tried explaining to him that I waited patiently and I understand the job that he had to do to get my car but he insisted that I had to be patient and if not then park it outside. He did not apoligoze for the inconvinience and made me feel like I was wrong. Not only that, I also observed that he has specific customers who have good cars and repeating customers who had good parking spots and came 20 minutes after me and were able to access their cars without the attendant but going inside the office and grabbing their keys. These customers were the monthly parking customers. I think that was unfair as I am also a customer paying for parking services. I will never want to park my car there I would rather park outside in the meter and wait for alternate side parking before receiving such bad service from this place.
