 - Feb 6, 2020 - rate is now $20 if you are there over an hour. My appointment nearby ended up being an hour and a half. Won't be parking here again.

 - I went to park at this lot today, Jan 1, 2019 and was told that it was full rate??? Full rate for holiday...very disappointing, I left and went to Mellon Square garage where holiday rate is only $6

 - I had the same issue on light up night as many other people. The garage had what appeared to be a $5 sign and once you pulled in and couldn't turn around, you could see that they had a $2 in black in front of the white $5. At this point we couldn't turn around. And when we were leaving, 3 other people were all complaining about the same thing. VERY DECEPTIVE.

 - THIS GARAGE IS HORRIBLE!

 - Came into town for light up night and dropped my mother-in-law off at the point so she would not have far to walk. To save time in traffic I decided to park at what was known as the Macy's garage on Cherry way. Only to discover the garage was charging a $25.00 event rate only. I as stuck at that point and entered. While walking down to the Point I noticed other garages were charging a $10.00 event rate which seemed very reasonable. Had this garage been closer to the event and in a very short walking distance, it might have been worth paying the fee. What really burns me up, I went to a Penguins game and parked at the Duquesne University garage minutes away from the PPG Arena and paid $20.00 event rate. The Macy's former Kaufmann's garage was always my favorite place to park when in town. I can see that will no longer be the case in the future.
