- Your parking kiosk is very difficult to use. I am a resident and despite after entering my license plate on 3 tries, I found the only way I was able to get a parking slip to put on my dashboard was to pay, which I did with my credit card which I did for $9.00.
I would like to be reimbursed for this overcharge. Please advise how I go about doing this. Thank you, Jane Roach 401-339-0139
