I get to the machine and insert my card it says declined. I push help button. There is a line of cars behind me. The woman on the speaker is awful. Telling me I couldn’t have used the card to enter. She said the only way I could leave was to pay the 24 hour fee. I refused bc I didn’t owe that she is yelling at me. My 14 yr old is now freaked out bc we are literally trapped in the garage. I am telling her to let me out. She refuses. I end up paying the 40 $. Awful Awful. Ruined our whole night. Aslin at gateway algae age is an awful employee who terrified my child. Never ever ever parking there again.
