- I would definitely look for other lots in the area. I reserved a spot in this lot for two full days. When I arrived, the lot attendant refused to honor the reservation, telling me that because there was an event going on at the Prudential Center (the event that I was planning on attending) that they wouldn't open the lot to parking until 6pm (even though it was 10am at the time and there were clearly activities happening already at that time), and if I chose to park there at 6pm, I would have to pay a much higher rate just for the evening, on top of what I had already paid. As far as I am concerned, they are scamming their customers - and I was not the only person they said this to. I found another lot just down the block that was friendlier and cheaper. Skip this one.
(Parkme.com, however, was fantastic - they refunded the reservation costs immediately and offered me coupon codes in an effort to make this right.)
