- This was am incredible experience! Reserving online was easy. The attendants were helpful, friendly, and cheerful! I did not expect that. They opened the doors for me and my daughters, shook my husband's hand, and helped with bags. The hardest thing was finding the lot because of the construction on bourbon... maybe a sign to help. But we got there! Love this.. will definitely park here again!

- The parking went well during a busy time on four full days of parking, in and out. There was some confusion on my part with the relationship on hotel/parking. Carmen/Lulu and her manager found a just solution and I found my future parking with Premium Parking. Thank you Premium Parking and NOLA, I shall return.

- Arrived in New Orleans on Wednesday the 17th in the early evening. Turned over my vehicle to the attendant and went around to the hotel. I didn't take my car out until Sunday then again on Monday for a bit, returned it until we were ready to leave town. This was very convenient for me as it was on the backside of our hotel (Astor Crown Plaza) I would suggest that you inform future users to LOOK FOR THE sign that says P145 ON THE RIGHT side of the street as this garage is directly across from another garage, so it was confusing when I arrived. All in all this was the best thing ever they kept my car, it was safe I paid for the 5 days to go in and out if needed and all the attendants were VERY kind.

- Good lot with nice employees Valet attendants 24hrs, no self parking. Good location in French Qtr Fairly clean and well lit. A bit $$$$ but I think the service is good
