 - Used this lot on 6/20/2016. Parked in disabled spot, pole MS-PND @ 5:37 PM. Auth 02763. Looked for information on disabled parking & found none. Paid $6.00 for 3 hours. Had to walk up ramp to get car which was very difficult. All elevators & stair doors were locked.
