- I've been parking in here for over a year now - This Saturday your gate wasn't opening upon enterance with PASS. Nobody was around to help out, nor did anyone answer your phone when called. I pay monthly and expect to be able to get in any point, really disappointed with this. My car has also been ram-sacked in this parking structure "Secure Parking" OK! Also, I suggest getting a jumper pack to keep with the guard so that they can be helpful at some point. Thanks
