- Yes, it is a covered lot - but this is the second time I have used it and been charged a $15 event fee for being there less than an hour. There was no event in the area (this was a Sunday afternoon). And the BEST part was getting hung up on - twice - by the security phone. First time I didn't even get a response - just hung up. The second time was worse - the security guard answered and then promptly hung up once I explained my issue. So we will not be back. Be prepared to pay $15 for less than an hour if you use this lot. Use SpotHero so lots like this can't do this to you.
