 - Wanted to express a concern rather than rate: Several times have found cones in Disabled Parking Spaces. Whether placed by driver or garage attendant, not sure, but appears to be by a driver. Is there special consideration given for some persons for occupying the disabled parking spaces? Isn't this against the Law? Disabled Parking spaces should not be reserved with cones and or cones and tape!
