- Made reservation through SpotHero. When returned to pick up car, there was an issue with the cashier's scanner, although the charge had been paid, the scanner was showing the barcode as invalid. After much back and forth with SpotHero customer service, eventually the code worked. The reason for the one star review is because of the delay in getting our car after the code was validated. People that came after us, at least 5 other parties received their cars before us with the attendant making no attempt at getting our car out. When we asked when he thought we would receive our car, his response was that he didn't know because "it was the guy downstairs". Intead of he attendant looking to see why our car was delayed, I mean it was really obvious, I have it timed...the attendant's attitude was as if we're not there at all, non-existent. We were there over 50 minutes. It was not until I was agitated and expressed my displeasure with the delay that we ever got our car. Poor customer service.
