 - We booked ahead of time and we get there wait 10 minutes only for the lot to yell at us and say they are full.. and they refused to refund us they just shooed us away

 - I have parked in this garage for three weeks. Everytime I arrive. I am the first and only one there. My car is never avaiable when my card states the time I will pickup. Other people arrive and the are service before me. I am very disturbed by their behavior.
