35 E 85th St Garage

 - I don’t always use this parking garage but the few times I have I have never had a bad experience. On 3-12 around 4:45 pm I went to retrieve my car and the attendant was sitting in a car I assume it was his he kept me waiting for about 1 minute which is not long of course no big deal. He eventually came out to retrieve my ticket no hello or anything he was not friendly at all which again I don’t pick at these things everyone has their days . He told me the price but then I realized I had already paid online and I had to retrieve my pass but it took a while because I didn’t have signal in tbe basement . I’ll admit it did take me about 5 minutes to find it he was just extremely inpatient he went to get my car. I actually had to walk back up the ramp to get good signal to retrieve the pass I eventually did get it . And show it to him . When I got in my car I had bags in my hand and I was simply setting them down and plugging my phone in as I needed the gps and he immediately starts yelling at me loud and obnoxiously outside of my car . He spoke a different language and had an accent so I’m sorry I didn’t understand at first . I finally understand that he said he wanted me to move my car . I said I will in a second he insisted again I moved up a bit. I was already so upset and flustered I didn’t even remember to put my seatbelt on so I had to stop and park to put it on . Again he comes up to my window and tells me to move my car . Just extremely rude .

 - I was charged the 4 hours rate even though I was parked for less then two hours . Deceiving signage

 - These prices are a lie. This place is a rip off. They charged me $60 for two hours. Told me it was $50+tax.. which does not equal $60. The woman that came in behind me said she was there an hour and they charged her $75. I don't know what kind of scam you're running
