 - Lousy customer service. Manager is rude and creepy. The place is totally disorganized and can't keep up. Security is bad. If you want to stand there waiting a half hour for your car, then get total attitude from the manager, park at this place. Any of the other garages along Schermerhorn are much better and more pleasant to park at.

 - Worst parking garage ever! They have rude attendants. Plus I paid for a SpotHero rate and when I got in they told me it was going to be $10 extra because I have an SUV (I don’t). When I explained I paid for the SpotHero spot and I had entered my car type on SpotHero and this was the price the attendant told me it would still be an extra $10, he also wouldn’t refund me so I could go to another garage. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be treated fairly.
